Susannah Searson
Real estate is in Susannah's DNA. Growing up in La Jolla, California, she got an early start riding along with her mom – a top-selling agent - on broker's tours and hosting open houses. As an adult, she developed a healthy obsession with real estate and interior design. After remodeling and flipping several properties, she finally followed in her mom's footsteps and shifted her career path to focus on real estate full-time.
As a newer team member at Smith & Co., Susannah is excited to work with an outstanding team that ranks among the top 1% of Marin County realtors. She shares Smith & Co's mission to lead with empathy and integrity, excel in every aspect of client satisfaction, and help clients navigate the home-buying journey with a sense of fun & adventure.
Susannah lives with her husband, Pete, and two teenage daughters. Most weekends, they can be found hiking Mt. Tam or surfing Stinson Beach, enjoying all that Marin has to offer - from city access to the stunning mountains and seashore.
